We had our things in storage for several years. When we checked on the unit this summer, everything was in order but when we went back last week, it had obviously been broken into and rummaged through. The owners never notified us and had changed the locks, also without notifying us. Glad to get our stuff out of there. It's inexpensive but not very secure.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I know that when putting your belongings in a storage unit, there is a chance something will happen to them. When I went to get my items out of storage here, they had been there 2-3 months. Before putting them on the U-Haul, I had to go through every single box, and either throw it away or shake it off because of the mice poop that was EVERYWHERE. Before putting my kitchen items away, I ahd to wash every single dish. I had to throw away so many of my items because they were either chewed up, peed on, or pooped on. Just disgusting. I will add that I placed a few traps in there too. One day I opened up the door to find a dead mouse at my feet. Terrible experience!!!!
