Amazing! I called at 730 when we woke up to a broken and leaking hot water heater and by 10am, new one installed and the water is heating up already! Great price and service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Always had a pleasant outcome so when I had an issue I turned immediately to All American Plumbing. We even referred people to Tim's business. Rearranged my schedule so that my issue would be resolved, day one no call no show. Called to follow up as to what was going on and was told I would be called by 9:00 AM the following day, again rearranged my schedule, no call no show. Called to see what was going on and excuses were made and Tim suggested we fine another plumber.

Fast and reliable professional service. We went away out of town and Tim Federico was punctual and replaced my water heater. I had my relative at home with my kids and he provided outstanding service to ensure hot water was up and running again. I recommended him to my folks for another service and they were just as happy and satisfied with his work. (F.Felipe)

He was recommended to me and he was nice enough to travel so far to do a complete heating and air condition system at 40% less than the other competitors a1 customer service his professionalism is second to none thanks again

Just looking out for other people out there so they don't get taken advantage of. Had an AC issue during a brutally hot summer with a pregnant wife and All American Plumbing apparently saw this as the perfect opportunity to try and scam us out of as much money as possible. Was not able to fix my unit, told me I most likely just need a new one. And he charged me $450 for this! And then to try and smooth things over he said he could get me a new unit for a low, low price of $4300!!! Later that same week I had another technician out who was easily able to diagnose the issue (small part needed to be replaced). I know its hard to find people to come out for service sometimes, but DO NOT use this company.

I couldn't be more satisfied with all American falling this young man give me a price within 15 dollars over the phone and did the job the same day that's not professional I don't know what is I had promises by other outfits that never called back or said they were coming and never showed up I just wish I would have called All American first I just want to thank him and his helper for a wonderful job and saving me a ton of cash I highly recommend this outfit

Terrible customer service! Installed new air conditioner in May 2012. Tim Federico is really nice when he gives the quote, but once he has your money he really doesn't seem to care if you are satisfied. He tells you he's coming, then no call/ no show- and is totally unapologetic. Our system didn’t work right from day one. He convinced us we had to buy a new thermostat and attic fan, which we did… more money and the system still didn’t work. If you ask too many questions, he gets angry and mean. He just tries to confuse you talking about high pressure this, low pressure that- a million reasons why the problems are your fault- not his. (June 2013) When we had a new HVAC person take a look, he found many examples of lazy, what he called not recommended types of work from Tim- including improperly insulating, failing to fully secure exhaust and the worst- leaving a live 110 electric wire on top of a hot exhaust pipe- just to name a few. I am so disappointed that we gave this guy thousands of our hard earned dollars. Don't do it!

Don't waste your time. Timothy Federico called me first, responding from Service Magic / Home Advisor, scheduled for the following morning either 10 or 11:00 AM. No show, no call. Not professional. I would go with others before wasting time on this guy.

TIMOTHY FEDERICO OF ALL AMERICAN PLUMBING IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND BELLIGERENT. DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY WAS A HORROR EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO FLUSH A TOILET. 5/23/10 I CALLED FOR A PLUMBER TO COME OUT AFTER HOURS FOR A PLUMBING EMERGENCY, I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MORNING, EVEN THOUGH THEY ADVERTISE 24/7 SERVICE. I WAS CHARGED $424.30 FOR SERVICE AND 3MONTHS LATER I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. WHEN I ADVISED HIM I WAS STILL HAVING TROUBLE HE SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY HIM TO COME OUT AND SERVICE THE PROBLEM AGAIN. I'M DISSATISFIED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORK PERFORMED. PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WHEN SEARCHING FOR A PLUMBER AND LOOK FOR RECOMMENDATIONS OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TWICE LIKE ME.

Service technician was on time and answered all questions we had about our Plumbing Problem. He was very knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely use All American again.
