Should have walked away. I really liked the car i was purchasing from them but they were crooks from the beginning. They agreed to cover taxes with the ticket price then said they nevrr did that when i was already signing paperwork. Two days after i bought the car , i had to replace the front driver side tire and battery. They would not cover that. 2 months later i planned on getting an oil change in which they promised me 4 but at the very bottom of the paper , my 4 promised oil changes were only good for 30 days. How am i supposed to get 4 oil changes in 30 days. My car was never detailed and they told me i could call and schedule one. The day i had scheduled, i brought my car to the shop to be detailed and his workers were out on a job so never got that done. Fast forward a year , i canclled my extended warranty with them and they recieved the check. I have called 6 times and get the run around. Never buy a car from them . I have since bought a 2014 jetta from an actual dealership and have never been happier.
