Doesn't involve patient in decision making process nor explain what's going on with the patient medically. Thus, leaving them in the dark. Takes little to no time to personalize and or relate making patient feeling like it's a butcher shop. If an appointment is set, you are often left waiting for an hour or more in the waitin room and more in the back room. The staff comes across cold, rude and insensitive. Why do I eed to pay my hard earned money to wait up to two hours for a simple script and to be made feeling like someone is doing me a favor. Quite waisting my time. Listen to what I'm saying and engage me with my well being. Your lack of people skills is seriously in need. Quite worrying about the money, your a MD.
