He earned his medical degree from SUNY - Stony Brook University School of Medicine, completed his residency at SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and completed a colorectal fellowship at St. Luke? Roosevelt Hospital. Dr. Callender offers comprehensive care for patients with both benign and malignant colorectal and anorectal diseases, biliary diseases, hernias and soft tissue diseases. He is experienced in the latest minimally invasive surgical techniques including conventional laparoscopy and robotic surgery.
