I recommended people to her center not once did I get a thank you. It is not by coincidence that person also took her son elsewhere. On Friday's she was "happy go lucky" collecting money. I get it, she is running a business, she has to pay her bills and employees however she claims that this it is a Christian based center. That is not the way people are treated and Christ would not approve. The straw that broke the camel's back was when she sent out a mass message stating that part time students MUST become full time or find alternative care. Way to go Michelle!!! For me it was not an issue because God was leading me to find alternate care. Therefore, when she sent that message I had already found another daycare provider. However, how about those single moms and moms in special circumstances? The message she sent was so condescending. No remorse, no feelings. Like I said it did not affect me at all. She then was sending warm cozy messages through the App where everyone was able to view, such as, and I am quoting "Ok Thank You Mama. God Bless you and your family and Eli of course! Love ya!" as soon as she would send me that message she texted me privately asking when I was going to pay the balance. Now I must say that I have always and I will repeat ALWAYS had a satisfactory account with her meaning that I would pay on time. She NEVER had to hunt me down for payment. Please keep in mind I pay out of pocket I do not get help from the state and I was still on time. She can never say otherwise. They also tried this system where they would charge you a week in advance. When I left she did not even ask about my son she gave me a shoprite bag with all his belongings and sent me on my way. Heartless. I would not recommend this center. All I have to say is that GOD gives and he takes away. We must stay humble. This review is incomplete because it only allowed certain amount of words however for a complete review visit other places on the web.

Very dissatisfied customer service, I had to remove my son who is part time because they needed space for full time students, my son got comfortable and adjusted and it took him a couple of weeks. No concern or feelings on their part, not even a goodbye to my son. It's all about the money. The end
