"Serving You Since 1892", the First National Bank and Trust Company of Vinita is the oldest Bank in the state of Oklahoma under its original charter. The First National Bank opened its doors for business on March 15, 1892 in the Cobb Hotel at the corner of Illinois and Vann Streets. In 1897 the bank moved to the corner of Illinois Avenue and Wilson Street, then in 1961 constructed a new building across the street North and has been in its present location since that time. In 1991, First National Bank opened a loan production office in Grove, Oklahoma, then in September 1996, built its present location for the full service Grove branch. In July 2003, First National Bank opened a full-service Cleora branch in Kahoots Country Store, on highway 85 between Ketchum and Cleora, near Grand Lake.
