Provided by YP.comThere are some great Cajun restaurants to try along the southeast Texas and southwest Louisiana I-10 corridor. Steamboat Bill's in Lake Charles is great but the Catfish Bouree' at Comeaux's Cajun Gold is outstanding and a must-try before leaving the area. As with most Cajun food, it's not the most heart-healthy dish but it's a palate pleaser to be indulged in from time to time. Highly recommended
