When I was there to transact business, I waited in line for the next open teller and waited at the window for almost five5 Minutes just to find out that that particular teller was working the drive thru. There was no indication that this was the setup. I was very displeased that neither teller had the decency to tell me that was the situation and left me standing there. This is unacceptable business practice! The least that should have been done, was put up a sign or announce that she was working the drive thru.
