LIARS!!! BEWARE!!! The owner Dan came to my home and gave me a quote based on moving my whole home (packing included), 3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths. I was specific in letting him know that I wanted a complete pack and move. (I have 4 small children and a military spouse who was unavailable to help move) Needless to say they came, began packing, chit chatting, etc. I went upstairs to check the progress of the move and saw that they did not touch the bathrooms? I asked when they were going to pack the bathrooms and I was told we don't do bathrooms? What? I had to pack 3 full bathrooms, drawers, shower curtains, bathroom mates EVERYTHING IN EVERY BATHROOM WITH SMALL CHILDREN AT MY FEET. I called the office and asked for the adjusted price since I had to pack 3 or the 6 rooms myself. Dan (the owner) told his crew leader to get his money and he would fix it with me later. $1600 they charged me and I had to pack half of the rooms myself. Dan finally gave me a call and tried to refund me $50 for the "misunderstanding". I was lied to and my money was taken from me for a job that was not complete. Friendly affordable movers where not open and honest. They took my money and did not do the service they promised they would do. DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY! You might as well move it yourself... or be like me and pay them and then still move half of it yourself!
