Called my insurance company to get a tow from base. They sent me a confirm text saying they would be there in an hour. After an hour and 1/2 still no tow truck. Called the number provided to me by my insurance company. They never answered. I tried them three time. Then I called my insurance company and surprise they answered for them. They told my insurance company someone is on the way. After another 30 minutes of waiting I called back and they answered. They said they only had only one driver that can get on base and that he would call me when he got close to the gate. After another hour I called my insurance company because the attempt to get incontact with them were unsuccessful. The insurance company said that they tried to contact me but the number they received was a good number so they left. My insurance company gave them my number again and they said they would be another hour. So I waited my time. Mind you I have been sitting out in the 100 degree weather since 4 it is close to 7 now. I waited my hour and still not there so I called multiple times with no joy. Called the insurance company very angry. They contacted the company and said they would have a driver out in 20 minutes. So I set my timer for 20 minutes and started calling other towing companies. I got ahold of a company and they said they would be there in 45 minutes. So I told them to come get me. I waited for my timer to go off and then ten minutes later called my insurance company to cancel my service call with A&W. If your insurance company gives this company to you refuse service. The company I called 7 city's towing was there under 45 minutes and had me on my way quick and in a hurry and the driver was amazing!
