Called Accel on a recommendation of a friend for help with a possible rodent issue. He has them regular service and said he was impressed this their service so I took is recommendation and had them come out. Long story short, I was impressed by the inspection and information presented to me by their tech. He seemed knowledgeable, found two clear points of entry being used by rats, sealed them, and offered me what I felt was a very fair price for recurring services. I liked the thoroughness of this first service and would certainly recommend them.

Exceptional service! After discovering termite damage six months after moving into our new home. We went through the chore of getting four or five companies out to give us estimates on termite control. Half of them did not offer a repair warranty and only two of them repaired damage. Accel not only included what we had researched to be the best chemical on the market to treat your home with, they included the repair costs in a single estimate. The treatment and repairs were started and completed as promised. I would recommend this company to anyone. I would also like to mention one thing; after my husband and I truly researched what to expect when looking for a termite service/company, Accel was the only company we had to our house that fit the bill on what the experts said to look for when making our decision! I couldn't get my bug company to call me back, my neighbor referred Accel to us, they came out right away and I haven't seen a bug since. So I got rid of the overpriced service from the national company. I now have better service and I am saving money. Call them if you want something done right. I can't say enough!
