I have used America's Best for 5 years and have always been completely satisfied. The technician is always prompt with appointments, and is very honest with his work. I just had a new heating/cooling system installed - the workers were very pleasant and respectful of my home. I was given the cell number of the technician in case I ever had any questions. I highly recommend this company! A+

The room was very clean, comfortable, and economical for Virginia beach. Pool was nice. Close to everything, yet didn't break the bank. Staff was very helpful and friendly, I would stay there again.

Friendly workers. Nice to have restuarant at hotel. When needed something the hotel was on top of it. Rooms were cleaned well, daily. For the money a night, it was a good experience.

Pretty close to the beach about 15 Minutes and close To food and stuff. Beds were clean.

Convenient location centrally located between the little creek amphibious base, shore drive / ocean front, and easy access to downtown norfolk.

It was comfortable, and in a good location. A ten minute taxi ride to the beach. The pool was warm and clean. The front desk was very helpful. It was an overall good stay for cheap money.

The room was clean, especially the bathroom which is very often the tell tale of a dirty place.

The beds were comfortable and the staff was great. The pool was cleaned every morning and was a big hit with my son. It could use some more chairs, tables and umbrellas. The AC worked GREAT. Super hot water (watch out) and great pressure while taking a shower. All in all our stay was great and if needed we would stay again.

America's Best hotel was a great stay for us. The room had two beds, a table and two chairs that we used frequestly to eat dinner, a safe deposit box, and a tacked away bathroom. The room was clean, no funny smells, and had a great view of the pool. The drive to the beach was scenic and many eating options around the hotel. The only thing we were not happy about was a beeping sound from the smoke detector every half hour or so. We reported it to the front desk thinking the battery was dying. It did not bother us as much during the day since we were gone all day, but in the evening it was obvious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

The hotel structure was nice, It was a square with the pool in the middle. The pool was very clean.
