I was impressed by the level of knowledge, confidence, and attentiveness received by the staff and Dr. Brookshire for Luca's first visit to AVCVA. I felt my concerns were addressed and a plan was set in place with options and recommendations (and estimates) for next steps. I've been to a handful of other veterinary practices over the years and was rarely met with the warmth and attention that was received at AVCVA. I would do nearly anything for our darling Luca and I felt like he was in excellent hands. I was happy that our visit matched or exceeded my expectations. Kudos on a well-executed client experience, inviting office, and friendly, caring staff!
