I’ve been coming here since they opened this place YEARS!! Great Service, terrible food now, always cold riblets n fries. Ordered (2) steak with the fried shrimp as advertised. Ended up with steak with parmesan shrimp. Went to manager with ticket to prove order, he repeats what on ticket which is wrong so I explain that. He ask what I want and I say give me the fried shrimp I ordered. He bring out a bag and I get home and instead of the two orders of shrimp I have only one. In order to protect my peaceful nature I let it go. Bottom line demand hot food and pull everything out the bags for carry out and have them repeat your order.
