A guy named Sam helped us, he was very nice until we left the store, waiting for our furniture to be delivered weeks later. When we had issues, he wouldnt answer our calls or get back after i left voicmails. I called the front desk,she told me to call my sales man who assisted us, anyways we went to the store and he avoided us. Now we are at the warehouse trying to get our furniture, having to pay 85 for them to deliever, when we were told FREE DELIVERY. I cant wait to be done with Ashley Furniture, never again.

I would say that the main problem with this place is how the manager treats customers.

My wife and I bought a living room and a dining room from this place only to find out later after we got the furniture that the dinning room table had scratches on it. We called back on the second day and the manager refused to do anything about it, she didn't even have the courtesy to talk to us. Her answer , though the sales person, was that the merchandise is sold as is. Well the merchandise looked good before I bought it and now it has scratches on it when it arrived one day later. When I asked if I could return the table, I was told that 20% will be subtracted from the refund.

Very very disappointing with the way things were handled
