My car was hit while parked in a parking garage. After a consultation with another shop, I found Autocraft and was very pleased with their estimate. The staff was very friendly and everything was done as they had promised. I would definitely reccommend checking them out.

People are friendly, but do not know what they are doing. I took my automobile in after it had been in a minor accident. I went to pick it up, and had to take it back because job was not completed per the estimate. I ended up taking it back three times because the paint job was horrible. Finally, I gave up. The paint job is still unacceptable, but I will take it elsewhere to an auto body shop that knows how to paint. They had my automobile a total of two months.
