I took a wedding dress here to be dry cleaned for my big day. The man told me he would call me the next day with a quote on how much it would be...well a week went by without hearing from him...I called, he said they were really busy and he hadn't even looked at it yet...I had a while till my wedding so I decided to wait it out...another 2-weeks went by, I called AGAIN..gave me a price of $245, and said they still didn't have a finish date for me...well I waited some more! After them having the dress for 2 months and never receiving a call from them, I went in and retrieved my dress and advised I was taking it elsewhere! The man at the counter had the audacity to tell me it wasn't their fault bc there was a note that had been attached to the garment bag saying I would call when I wanted it to be done!! What the?!? Don't even bother with this place! Getting it cleaned for $80 at a new place and it will be done by Tuesday!

They really know their stuff and what they're doing. They care about your clothes as much as you do. I brought in a true cinderella ball gown and they did what they could, returned it quickly, and gave great customer serivce. The only down side was they are a bit more pricey than other places but you're paying for the expertise. I would recommend this place to anyone and plan on using them again.

From the counter girls to the cleaning and finishing of the garments the work is top notch, and the people are the best! Highly recommend all to come to Avalon!
