This may be a great spa--I wouldn't know because we had groupons for massages, then had car trouble and needed to reschedule our appointment, and Amy at the spa said that the notice I gave her wasn't sufficient. Somehow I was supposed to be omniscient and know that the belt on the car was going to break at 2 that morning! Even though she knew that we were coming in from out of town she refused to reschedule and then proceeded to redeem our vouchers and STEAL our money. According to her and Groupon this is ok. Again, while this may be a great spa, it certainly is not a customer-friendly business. If there's any chance that real life may happen to you, I wouldn't risk making an appointment here!
