Bay Associates is a manufacturer's representative, distributor, and original equipment manufacturer, involved in providing petroleum handling equipment and control systems. We specialize in aviation fueling systems and execute the role of system supplier of mechanical and electrical control devices, including the pump control and annunciation system control panels, pumps, filters, filter-separators, monitors, valves, control valves, instrumentation, pantographs, nozzles, adapters, and all miscellaneous piping accessories. As a system supplier Bay Associates works closely with the contractor during system start-up and commissioning and assists in developing the System Start-up Plan. In addition, Bay Associates provides on-site verification of proper equipment installation, programming, wiring, calibration, set-point adjustments, hydraulic control settings, pressure relief settings, alarm settings, etc. prior to initial fuel receipt. Bay Associates also provides on-site training of the new system to insure that Government operators and maintenance personnel are proficient in their respective areas prior to system acceptance. These services have not only provided us with invaluable "hands-on" experience in the operation of aviation fueling systems ; they have enabled us to become the largest aviation fuel "system supplier" in the world. The quality of our equipment and services resulted in our selection to provide the fueling systems for the Presidential Air Force One Aircraft and the Presidential Helicopter HMX-1 Facility. To properly support our efforts, we represent the leading manufacturers of fueling equipment, who enjoy impeccable reputations for quality products and unusually high levels of post-installation support of their products. Although many items of equipment are manufactured specifically for project requirements, we maintain an inventory of most products to support our history of being "on time" with product deliveries anywhere in the world. Bay Associates has served as the "system supplier" for 412 fueling projects, of which, over 125 have been "Pressurized Hydrant Fueling Systems" for aircraft. Robert R. Boseman, President
