This is the most unprofessional service that I have ever received. They can't get orders out on time and they prioritize their business based on who pays the most. Sadly dissappointed. I highly recommend you choose another company for your engraving services

I ordered a trophy to replicate a trophy I had to return to my horse show association at the end of the year. The trophy was $240 and the owner told us engraving was included. I thought $240 was expensive for silver plate, but since the engraving was included it seemed okay. My fiance paid for the trophy over the phone with a credit card and I went by to pick it up. Beach Engraving charged $23 for engraving. I asked why we were charged when we were told it was included. The owner was called on the phone and she denied telling us this. I was offered 20% off the engraving if I came back in with the credit card. Very poor customer service for someone who just spent over $200 in the store. I also had to polish the trophy myself as it was dirty. I will use a different engraving shop from now on.
