Hello! Welcome to Beach Family Management! We are a small locally owned and family run business. After years of paying large well "known" Real Estate companies to manage our family properties, we came to the conclusion that they did not really care about our property investments, other than how much they could profit while putting in the minimum amount of effort.  They were not interested in preventative maintenance, improvements and overall good management.  These experiences inspired us to start a management company with a  higher level of participation, communications and overall management, meeting and exceeding most expectations.  Moving? Deployed? Upgrading? Investing? Let us manage your property for you! We are a property/rental management company, our specialty is property managment, not just any property management, but the kind of managment that is necessary to ensure the financial safety of your home. Our goal is to treat and manage your home as our own. Like many of us, your home and/or property is sometimes your biggest investment towards the future. It is important and needs the time and attention that you may not be able to give it and/or maintain it. That is what we are here for, to manage your property the way we manage our own, while keeping you informed and as involved as much or as little as you like. We also offer some of our services "al a carte" or allow you to customize a specific management plan if desired.
