Literally the worst service I have ever encountered. Management has no care about the safety of their patrons. I actually had to call police to intervene in the situation because the manager REFUSED to handle the situation. Save your time and your money and go to a Cinema Cafe.

This is the first time my wife and I came to the bistro. We were looking forward to a night out for some time but it was completely ruined by absolutely crappy service. The food was fine, not outstanding but fine. The movie (Oz - The Great And Powerful) was great. The service was lacking. I tried to get the waiters name but they all had generic shirts on that said "staff" or "crew". He was quick to take our order but we needed a minute to check out the menu....then the nightmare began. My wife called him over not once or twice but three times and he still did not come over even though he walked right by us in point blank range. By this time she was livid. Thank God the fourth time he stopped to take her order. I say her order because he felt as though i wasn't hungry and didn't bother asking me what i wanted. She ordered the soup special - SOLD OUT! She ordered popcorn with some special seasoning (i guess) - SOLD OUT OF THE SEASONING! The he totaled up her order and started to walk away. My wife told him that her husband might want something to eat as well. They actually had what i wanted but we had 2 separate bills that totaled up to $24 and some change. So I gave him $25 and was going to leave a tip for him on the table (like normal restaurants) after we were done eating and watching the movie. The waiter said he'd be back with the change - HE NEVER CAME BACK!! I am an awesome tipper because I live by the motto - Tip like you would want to be tipped. This guy kept (or was it stole) the little change I was to get back as a tip for himself and that's exactly what he received. The Overall experience was fine. I even cringed when i saw that a birthday party was being held in the same theater we were in but the parents kept the kids quiet (actually the kids were well behaved as it was). But the waiter we had dictated that we will never spend another dime at this business again. It goes to show you that you can have good food and a nice atmosphere but all it takes is one employee to lose business. You lost mine.

I lost my wallet at the hotel, when we arrived at keegans Capt.John took me back and helped me find it before someone else did, then only charged me one way on the meter instead of round trip. I applaud honesty and will always use Angelic,which by the way means Gods Messenger.
