Although Mr. Clark has 41 years' experience as it is stated in his resume. We recently submitted for an Appraisal, due to his inability to walk, we were concerned. When it came to the basic steps of performing an appraisal Mr. Clark did not perform his job. We pointed out work that had been done in our home since the previous appraisal. Mr. Clark was not willing to listen. After his lack of interest and a total of only 45 minutes in a 5000 square foot home I was concerned. Mr.Clark was VERY unprofessional. Unfortunately I have already received my generic appraisal. There were many inconsistencies in the report.They were all incorrect. Mr. Clark did not do his job. He basically was there for the $450.00 fee, he was in and out of the home. He did not conduct a fair appraisal. Please if you have ANY say in who does your appraisal DO NOT USE this man. Unfortunately I was not warned, so I feel it is my duty to warn others. Thank you.
