Earlier this month, we came home to no AC. The technician (Anthony) arrived early the next morning and it took him about an hour to get everything up and running, which is great because we are having guests over later! Even kept a smile on his face while our three dogs begged for his attention. He also reminded us we are due for our annual tune up soon. THANK YOU ONE HOUR!

Gas heater stopped putting out hot air. Called Classic Air 1 hour heating & Cooling and the tech came out (house call is $109.00) and in about 10 minutes he found the Flame Sensor P/N PSE-YK2 (York brand) was not working. He didn't have this part on his truck so he drove to a local supply house - 30 minutes later he returned & installed the new part in about 10 minutes. Was charged $155.00 for this part - total cost for 50 minutes work, + part = $264.00. A day later I checked on the price of this part online - found I could buy it for $33.00!! I was charged 5 times the cost of the part - I feel like I have been robbed. I could understand a carrying charge, but 500% is highway robbery. UPDATE: I complained and they refunded me $95 for the part. This shows unusual character for a repair company. KUDOs to Classic Air 1 Hour Heating & AC. Call them.

I found out about Classic Air one searching Google. Their website was in depth and provided me enough information to call. I called and received help from Wendy the receptionist. She called and had a Service Tech out with in an hour. Dave showed up and was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He did a thorough check and said all I needed was a top off on Freon and did not try to offer any extra services not needed. I highly recommend them for your A/C/Heat Pump needs!

I had a new system installed by Classic Air's One Hour several months ago. The prompt service I received made me feel important. The salesperson was knowledgable and provided me with all my options. I can not say enough about the crew that came to my house. Thy wore their shoe covers and rolled out this red carpet (plastic) to protect my floors. The access to the attic is in my closet and they covered the contents of the closet with plastic. We have never been more comfortable and expect the utility bill to continue to drop. I just received another call from their office to insure that I am still satisfied. I can see why they are the Best of the Beach

Same day service and it was 100 degrees. The technician was on time, wore his "Booties" to protect my carpet, and fixed it right. They even called me the next day to make certain that I was satisfied.

I felt like I was being pushed to make repairs that didn't need to be made. The service technician was wonderful, friendly, and informative, but I got the distinct impression that he was under pressure to sell me more than what I needed. I was impressed by the technician but not by the company.
