I have been taking Spanky to Clip Pets for almost 7 years now. I have Always been happy with their service and Spanky acts like he Loves them. Great Shop Guys‼️

horrible....just awful....hopefully anyone with half a brain can tell alot of these are tampered with "good reviews" of a downed buisness.

i was in saturday,didnt like the service, the woman working the front counter is very rude, i asked for a time to get my dogs back and i called them 5 hours later to find out my dog still wasnt ready...people have lives , thats why we ask if we can get them back at certain times, but the thing that caught me was that my dogs still had dirty ears, and smelled like they were just covered in cologne...just much too cheap for not enough quality. i live at the oceanfront so it was close, but ill travel elsewhere for my dogs next time.

my dog made a accident in my car and got dirty and smelled horrible. clippets was the closest place to me to bathmy dog. very nice peoples and very quick. took my car to get cleaned and they gave my dog a bath very quick and she smelled very good. very happy with my trip.

I am a navy wife and I started bringing my little poodle Bella to clippets grooming in 2004 when she was just a little puppy. I was always happy with my dogs hair cut and the owner always made an effort to make sure i was happy with my experience. I moved to Florida when my husband was stationed there. Just this year we moved back to Virginia Beach. I was surprised to learn that clippets had moved down to pacific by the ocean front. They have food, toys, and treats inside which is really cool. Got my dog groomed there again and she looked great as always.

been coming here for years. love all of the staff and my cat is always taken care of. they've made some changes lately but i think its all for the better. wouldn't take my dog anywhere else.

I was a little concerned by the reviews below but decided to give them a chance because they're really close to my house and I can take my dog in on the way to work. When I got there the place was beautiful, much more than I expected from a dog grooming store. They had pet products and it was organized and appealing. They offered me free samples of their dog food that they are carrying now and my dog Max really loves it! I plan on picking up a big bag to last him till his next grooming. My dog was happy, smelled great, and looked super cute when I went to pick him up. I'm really happy with the treatment I have received and will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors! I asked about why the bad reviews were here and they explained to me that they are under new management so whatever they are doing, they're doing it right!

So i read the reviews above and i was skeptical about going with my maltese and cat but this holliday season required my cat for a shave and they took him with no problem and did my maltese hair just the way i like it, and i even talked to them about the poor reviews in inquery and the buisness was open for 1 day after those were writin come to find out! my guess was maybe a rough start with employees, but ive been satisfied with the service and the grooms and i will continue to go as long as they dont go back to square one i guess! honestly reccomended

i went to this groomer with my little 8 months chiwawa mix dog. it was my first time at a groomer. nobody explain me anything... they just took my dog and disapear behind a door... i was there to pick her up, and there she comes... with blood all over her and me!!! they cut her nails so short that almost every single nail was bleeeding!!! and after i ask what happend, the guy who cut her nails said * what do you want me to do right now*

i was shooked! i was waiting for the supevisior... i expected an apoligie maybe a discount, money back or a free bath the next time... but i was wrong. he started arguing with me, he said that i was the one who rush them and that happens when i rush him!!! i was just waiting, i didn't rushed them! he was rude and very disrespectful. i could understand if it was on one or two nails but it was on all 4 paws?!!! i really dont think that the person who cut her nails was a professional! that was my first and last time there. my little baby still starts bledding when we go out for a walk, it probably takes a couple of weeks till she can enjoy her daily walks!!!

Being new to the area, I was open to trying any pet groomer. I took my small dog to this groomer a few times, hoping that each time the haircut would get better...they never did. The last time I took my dog to this groomer, they had her for 8 hours with no food or water. Then, when I picked her up, I was sad and shocked to notice how badly they had butchered her hair. Her ears were completely cut off and much shorter than the rest of her body. On top of all of this, her nails were never cut, even though I paid for them to be. I really tried to give this groomer a chance, but they never impressed me. The staff was very nice, even though they have no idea of how to cut a dog's hair. If you love your dog as much as I do, do not have them groomed at this shop.
