My family & I moved into this park in 1992 & have only recently moved from there. We always paid our rent on time & kept to ourselves quite often. However that did not keep them from consistently raising our lot rent without reason. Those that should not have legally been living in that community were never evicted or even saught after by the management. There is constant drugs & underage crime within that community. I would not recommend under any circumstances moving there.
