This office used to be one of the best but as the years of past their customer services skills have gone down the drain. The front office staff is unprofessional, rude, and lazy. They are never welcoming and I haven't seen one of them in my 12 years of going there go the extra mile for a patient. The surgery scheduler is unprofessional, rude, and snappy. She has an excuse for everything. The only doctors I like are dr bell and dr wright they are genulally caring as for the rest they are all about the numbers they will transfer you out in a heartbeat and forget all about you. Do your homework and pick a smaller practice where they actually care this practice is horrible and has screwed me in everyway possible and the only one left to deal with it is me.

I am currently a patient who is approaching my due date in 7 weeks.. Although my appointments have never been "warm and friendly" I still was able to cope. Recently the service has gotten worse and worse.. First of all the hours posted on this site are not reliable considering the "office is currently closed" message is on until 9:30 am.. 3 Times Now!!! Second, after being a patient for 7 months you would think they would get my name correct.. How unprofessional and cold to not even call your patient by the correct name! Guess my medical chart is never payed much attention to.. Third of all, we all have busy lives... therefore I don't appreciate being scheduled for an appointment and waiting 2 hours to be seen.. Nor do I appreciate the nasty staffs attitude when I became a little aggrivated over the situatuion. I don't feel as if they have any concern for my little miracle or me... Please take your time in finding a caring practice.. This is by no means the one!

I first went to Complete Women’s Care in December 2008. I met with Julie Rekant because I was having a difficult time getting pregnant. Mrs. Rekant was very supportive and helped me get pregnant within a few months. While pregnant, I had the chance to meet with 5 of the doctors at Complete Women’s Care. I could have tried to see the same doctor every visit, but I really wanted to get to know all of the doctors. I can honestly say that I had a wonderful experience with each doctor I met. I felt that all of the doctors gave me time to ask my questions and explained things in a way that I could understand. This was my first pregnancy so I had no idea what to expect. I was honestly surprised that I felt so comfortable with all of the doctors. Of course they were all very knowledgeable, but they also all had a great bedside manner. When I first went into the hospital to be induced (I was a week late), Dr. Ruetzel was on call. He explained everything in detail to me and I knew ahead of time that Dr. Bell would actually be on call when I went in to labor. I felt very comfortable with that. Dr. Bell was amazing and actually delivered my son because Dr. Ruetzel’s shift was over, but Dr. Ruetzel still came to check on me to see how the delivery went. The doctors are so caring and the support staff is great. CWC truly made my pregnancy and delivery an amazing experience.

Worst experience with doctors I have ever had in my life. Their first priority is not you or your baby. It is your ability to pay. Cold callus doctors (most of them), if you want compassion and understanding (especially when there is an issue) you will not get it here. Please find another doctor!
