Provided by YP.comHorrible company, don't buy anything from them. My gf purchased a refrigerator recently, and within a couple months or so the freezer drawer handle came off. Tried reattached, but it continued to come loose. East Coast wouldn't service it, saying it wasn't covered. They don't stand behind what they sell. Avoid them at all costs. They're rated poor everywhere, see for yourself. Hopefully they'll go bankrupt.

Purchased a refrigerator at the Laskin Road store on Friday July 3rd. They matched the Loews price for a similar unit. They didn’t have it in stock but told me a shipment was coming the following Thursday the 9th and they would deliver that Friday or Saturday. Pretty good service so far.
I was also told they would call me the morning of delivery to set up a time window and would give me a call 30 minutes before delivery to get things ready.
Thursday afternoon I called the store to make sure all was OK and they came back to tell me the good news and bad news. Bad news the shipment didn’t come in, good news they have a unit on the peninsula. So they were picking up and it would be in store Friday. I called my sales rep Friday morning (8:30)to make sure everything was on point, he said they will call you in an hour to set time up. No call by 10:30, I called my rep but no answer, so I called the store, it was extremely hard to get a person on the phone. Finally, I was told that the driver called me and I postponed my delivery to Sunday. Absolutely astounded by this remark, I said no one called me and I needed the fridge delivered today. (My old fridge had bad compressor). I asked her for the manager, she put me on hold for 10 minutes then came back to say he will call me back in a few minutes. No call, I drove to the store to explain the poor/lack of communication and to make sure I would get delivery and had I not been pro-active who knows when they planned on getting it to me. He didn’t seem very surprised and assured me it will be delivered.
I waited at my house all day. 7:00 they pull up. The guy on the truck took the box off and they pointed out 2 large dents. I said keep it and I want my money back. The driver called his manager and she assured me I will get the refund.
This experience was by far the worst customer service I have received...ever.
