I've always picked up fruit arrangements from here that have been beautiful and fresh. The service is great too!

Ordered a gift basket for my wife for Mother's Day. The strawberries and grapes were fresh but the cantaloupe and pineapple were not (borderline rotten). After calling the corporate office they were willing to replace the arrangement but this franchise has a "policy" that they will only deliver once. We would have to come to their store to receive the replacement. I just think that if you pay for the delivery the first time and they offer a sub-standard product they should be willing to deliver the replacement.
