I would not recommend this business to anyone. I am very displeased with the service received from my doctor and office staff.



It's bad enough that customers have to pay at each doctor's visit, whether it is 10 minutes or an hour long. I have spent so much money on co-pays and lab work, not to mention taking time off of work. My doctor always required office visits for medication check ups every 3 months and I would always have to come back for something else. Somehow blood work or a check up on something else was needed. I have been on the same medication for about 5 years and I was still required to come in that often. I would have approximately 4 -6 appointments per year. This was just absurd and I felt that most of my time spent at the office was unnecessary.



I received an invoice in the mail from a random company regarding medical records. I found a new physician and they had to request a copy from First Colonial. So after no courtesy phone call or letter to give me a heads up of any charges that may be incurred, I just get an invoice in the mail. So after calling and leaving 4 messages, I finally get a call back after 3 weeks. I don't care if you are a medical facility or any other type of business, that is no way to treat your customers. Once I spoke with an actual person, no one was helpful or had any definite answers to give me. They explained that this is just how they do things. Evidentially, this practice does not have the capabilities to e-mail or fax copies of medical records to another doctor's office. If I had known I would have been charged a ridiculous amount, I would have gone to the office store myself. I was invoiced for paper and shipping. They need to get with the times and stop using another company for something this simple. I could have picked them up and delivered them right down the road myself, too. So now, I am upset and paying an invoice that makes no sense. I'm so glad my new doctors office doesn't charge for this or give me these kind of problems.



After spending unnecessary time and money at their business, I have left this practice and I'm glad I don't have to deal with these issues.

Always acommodating and friendly. The doctors are top notch and no-nonsense. My Grandfather was our family doctor for many years and this is the only place I go since he passed. I have been going for about 15 years and have no reason to change. My only complaint is getting through on the phone.

Not once have I ever had any contact with anyperson in this office that there wasn/t some sort of BS issue. I am looking for an actual Doctor that listens and does want to help his or her patients to the best of their ability. No one in this office has the patients best interest in mind its more like a production line get em in bill em and get them the hell out.
