The focus of training that F3 is offering is functionally based. F3’s goal for our clients is a long life of being physically capable to do whatever they want to do for as long as they want to do it.  This begins with basic nutritional counseling, whereas the groundwork is laid as the basis for living a healthy lifestyle. The next step in the pyramid focuses on body weight movement where the client begins to learn how to properly and safely perform movements required in every day life. As the client masters and becomes more competent with these moves they are introduced to weight bearing exercises, the next step of the pyramid. Finally the client is encouraged to go out and lead a healthy lifestyle through sport, the apex of the triangle.
