My experience while shopping with Grands was most enjoyable. My sales person was Penny and she was very professional and thorough! Her expertise in sales, helped to lower my monthly payment which made the purchase most affordable. And I've always been pleased with my furniture items. Not all experiences are bad. Mine have been very pleasant.

This is the worse furniture establishment in history. If there was a furniture store wall of shame number one would bear its name. This company doesn't deserve one star. I am sure they have broken thousands of purchasing laws. They are designed to target low income households with intentions of keeping the families in debt and on the edge. You can be on your last payment for an item they will try to hate by luring the customer back in to repurchase and among financing new item theses bums will finance the customer old deal in with the making it seem like the first item or items were never paid in full. The corporate office is worse than the department so don't think twice about forwarding a complaint to General Manager she is the Ghetto 101 if you want to learn unprofessionalism give her a call. Once their on your credit report they will reissue tge claim every 7 years. A judgement of $300 will literally tuen into $3,000 if you fail to take off work and travel all the way to a VA Beach court house although the purchase took place in a totally didferent city. Do not stop by Grand Furniture on your worse day you are better off without!!!! Real Talk do not do it young people especially they will destroy your fica score. It should be a crime tge way they practice retail and sale they GF are a huge factor to a downturning economy!!!!

This store has the worst Customer Service skills I have ever seen!!! they are extremely unprofessional! after sitting on hold and getting Hung up on 3 times we finally got through to someone named Kelly in their finance department, we asked to speak with a manager and she wouldn't let us saying "i am the supervisor!" we told her what was going on, about the associate we set up my husbands allotment with put the wrong date and blah blah blah and she told us she will not fix it and was extremely rude!!! then when my husband was on the phone with her I told my husband not to worry about it we will go to the better business bureau! she then told my husband "let me talk to her!" then I got on the phone she told me "you don't need to f*****g talk like that," I said "well, its your guys' bad so you guys need to fix it! your the ones that messed up!" she said "I will hang up on your a**!" I said, "then do it." and she did! She is a total B***h!!!! I have a call into her manager to see if I get a call back if not I will be calling the better business bureau tomorrow. YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!

This is a horrible establishment. Their business practices are border line thug-ish. I have experienced hold times ranging from 20-45mins.. Today after continuosly cycling thru their answering service for 30mins. the rep. hung up as soon as she answered the phone. Their customer service representatives have poor customer service & communication skills. After speaking to a "supervisor" I was told that they are basically trained to receive funds by basically any means necessary; which in this instance was to mis-inform or blantly lie to their customers. Their product 's are inflated in price and poorly manufactured to add. HORRIBLE! NO stars deserved.
