If there was a rating for "0" stars then that's how I would rate Hall Honda Service department. I have been a customer for +10 years. The service department has gone downhill over the last few years. Anthony, my service representative, was rude and nonchalant.The service department did not repair my car correctly. I was lied to about the repairs and the service manager was useless in resolving the issue and most of all he didn't stand by his word and deliver the service he promised me. I will never take my car there again.

Great sales team. Steve Schwartz is so easy to deal with. He actually listened to what I wanted. No games just great prices & services.

Horrible experiences.....2 in a row. I went in for an oil change and waited for completion. I was there for 6hrs. Finally came out apologized and gave me complimentary windshield wipers for my 6hrs of trouble. Today, I thought I'd be smart and drop it off for a state inspection at 10:30, telling them I needed it done by 3p so I could pick my child up from school. I just call at 3:15 and was told that haven't even looked at it yet. All I was offedered for the inconvenience and inability to go get my child on her 1st day of kindergarten...."Sorry, it's the beginning of the month". I wouldn't advise anyone go to Hall Honda for ANY service needs....EVER. I've definitely learned my lesson.....
