I personally love the ice cream, but the owners and their son (who is the general manager) definitely make it a place I don't want to go. The general manager is abusive to his employees, sexually harasses the female workers (who are 15 to 16 year old girls btw!!!), and he treats customers with such disrespect. I would recommend not going to Handel's, go to Cold Stone or Dairy Queen where the owners care about their customers and employees! For customers to be happy, the employees have to be happy as well. Would you really want to spend money somewhere that treats customers badly and where sexual harassment is okay??
