Absolutely awful customer service. Speak with Kim at the front desk to get a taste for yourself. Will be doing future business elsewhere.

I don't believe I will ever purchase another light from Heritage Lighting due to the poor customer service they provide. We found a pendant light e loved but need questions answered as to what length the hanging poles were that came with the light. They were not able to answer than question but would call me back on Monday with the answer. After 2 weeks I went back in to see if they had the answer yet. Of course they had totally forgotten to check. The sales lady doesn't appear to want to be bothered to help customers.
