We had a staff retreat and stayed at your facility 5/18/17. I was one of two out of 18 in attendance that did not get a ocean view or ocean front room. that was requested for all. The rooms are tired with furniture updates needed. We had a cocktail hour at the Sky Bar but no appetizers came; supposedly a mixup in the kitchen. The blender was broken and the orange juice was not real orange juice but rather Ocean Spray orange drink. Awful screw drivers were the result. The staff did not have our dinner reservations correct. Our 8pm reservation ended up at 8:45 shuffling to find accommodations. One poor waiter was assigned to our tables. I requested lemon with my water and the poor waiter brought 2 slices of lemon on his tray that he brought drinks on. He handed me the slices individually. They were not in a bowl or plate but rather he handed them to me. Needless to say they were not used by me. We finally left around 10:30 from the restaurant. Te food was good when we finally got it but it was one of the worst dinner arrangements I have ever been involved in. It was awful and poorly executed. To be referred to as the nicest hotel on the beach, I beg to differ. The staff was very pleasant but the management was something to be desired with all the errors that occurred. Very disappointing experience.
