Provided by YP.comAfter a year of regular continued service for general pest prevention, we were falsely led into thinking that we had a bed bug infestation by “Tim” whom I am guessing is just a sales person. He quoted a price of 2000.00 for treatment of our home for alleged bed bugs. Since he did not actually venture further into the home than the foyer – we assumed it would be the job of the technicians to conduct an actual inspection.
When the technicians arrived on site – they immediately informed me that we were ’unprepared’, and that thier sales person Tim was an ‘[explative] head case’, but they would continue to perform requested services anyway, and asked that I leave the premises.
The technicians arrival time was Mon, Dec 21, 10:14 AM.
The technicians Departure was Mon, Dec 21, 12:55 PM.
Total time: 2 hours 31 minutes including setup and cleanup time.
During the total time of 2 hours 31 minutes on site at our residence, the technicians were seen by myself, and neighbors spending a large amount of that time sitting in their vehicle, performing no action whatsoever. I received a text message from them stating that they would be finished within 15 -20 minutes. I was actually turning into my court when I received the text message and the technicians had already packed the vehicle and were about to depart.
When the technicians were asked about the pricing or 2000.00 for the 2.5 hours of work and minimal services we received – they failed to deliver any kind of valid price point explaining the value of those services, stated that ‘we had already paid’ and ‘that was just how it is’. They also did not leave any invoice or sales receipt, or itemized list of charges. They were completely disrespectful and simply stated that I could ‘talk to the boss if I had a problem’.
Sure enough I checked – and they had already charged our credit card the day prior.
I inspected the home immediately after their departure. Little or no care was given to our personal effects as muddy footprints could be found leading all over the house, couch pillows and bedding had been simply tossed on the floor in the dirt, and items removed from our bedding were simply stuffed in the outside trash can. No attempt was made to restore the home to its previous order prior to arrival whatsoever.
The kicker is - the technicians stated when asked that they had found little or no sign of a bed bug infestation.... just "a few carcasses on a box spring." verbatim. hardly a panic.
We did file a complaint with the owner - who then sent the SAME two individuals back to our residence the following morning for a follow up. Same thing - asked me to leave the residence, sent me a text message after 1 hour stating they were done. They didn't know that this time I was actually sitting across the street at my neighbors house watching them do nothing but wave a steam gun around the room lazily, light of a bug bomb, and then stand outside.
They have as of yet failed to make amends, or return our money. DO NOT use this company.

Provided by YP.comJust started with this company about a month ago. Called 3 days ago for an ant problem and Jim said he would be out the next afternoon after 2:00 p.m., no show, no call. Called following day, no answer and left message, no return call. Called again today, no answer and left message. No return call.......save yourself this frustration and do not call this company. Bad bad bad customer service!

Provided by YP.comMy mother in-law is in poor health and they tried high pressure sales to get her to sign a $6800 contract. My husband had to go over to the house and tell them no and wait for them to leave. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and will never suggest them to anyone!!!

Provided by YP.comThis has been the worse service I have ever recieved. I paid for 3 months of service at first they would show up and treat my home after that he wouldn't show up even when I called he wouldn't even show it took me 2 weeks just to get the tech to come back out an treat the area and since then I've heard nothing and has yet to come back. I would not refer this company to anyone that I know just 182.00 is a lot to spend for something you'r not going to get.
