I beg of you.



The place is so unorganized and there is another terrible review on here. I wish I would have listened to the other reviewer.

The lady who runs it is never there. She is always "under the weather" with some crazy sickness. I had to ask for her personal number in order to actually get a hold of her. I wanted her to alter my wedding dress that someone gave me. It was to be hemmed 1/2" at the bottom, the loose beads tightened and well as the buttons running down the back. We decided to let out my dress half an inch. I also asked her to fix the hook and eyes on the back so I could dance without my train getting in the way. When all was said and done it cost me over 300 dollars.



Here's where it gets upsetting.



It took me forever to get a hold of her to pick up my dress. I went in twice to get it and it was never done. There was always "something else" that needed to be fixed. She finally called me to tell me it was done, but I was at work so I had a bridesmaid go and pick it up.



Everything looked okay from what I could see through the bag(which she wanted to charge me $25 dollars for a piece if cheap plastic), so I did not bother trying it one again as the wedding was only a week away. Big mistake on my part! We were taking pictures with my bridal party and I wanted to hook the train up so it wouldn't drag along the floor. There were NO hook and eyes ANYWHERE on the dress. The beading was never tightened and the buttons were loose.



Worst part? We found 2 needles and threads STILL HANGING from the back of the dress!!!!!!!! I could not believe it. It showed no sign of ever being let out either. I'd like to think that that is her expertise showing, but i'll let you be the judge of that after all of the other stuff that happened. Thank god I purchased a reception dress so I could get out of that dreaded thing. She claims to be some amazing tailor that will make everything great, when in reality she just wants the money and easy job. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE. There are much more reputable businesses out there. I just wish I would have found them sooner.
