I had to store some thing recently and went to Jack Rabbit storage as they had a first month discount. When I went in, I met the manager of the facility. He was welcoming, exceedingly helpful and quickly got me into a unit. Paperwork was very simple and easy and when I came back at 5 minutes to 6 everything was set to move in. That is true customer service.

Fair prices and easy access to my space. Two very good reasons I picked jack rabbit storage.

anywhere in the hampton roads area. Neat, clean facility with many extras.

We've lived in the area for almost 20 years now and this place has always been out go to place for storage. People are always friendly and we've never had any trouble. We send family and friends here all of the time.

Everything was just as advertised. Jack rabbit offered a special on my move in date so I took them up on it. Place is clean, and I could pull right up to my storage space. No climate control needed. A good experience with this company.
