In the past it was a little rough, but with the recent changes they have drastically improved this place. I have lived here for 4 years now and love where this place is going, maybe a basketball court will be put in soon, great pool, 2 lakes with bike and walking paths, tennis courts, kids playground, and very friendly neighbors. Don't pass up the opportunity to live here given the chance!!!!

I wish something could be done to improve this neighborhood. I have lived here with my husband and 2 young children for almost 2 years. We've had bikes stolen from our front porch and from our back yard-with the gate locked, someone trying to break in, SEVERAL of our neighbors homes broken into and ran-sacked, a gun with stolen goods found in the alley, young children swearing at other children and adults, fights, gunshots, 4 houses on our street shot up including one bedroom where children were lying asleep in the beds, a vehicle window shot, little boy trying to drown another little boy in the pool while the life guards were not paying attention and the parents unaware/don't care?, young kids swearing at the park around other young kids and adults, animals/ducks being abused, several GANGS -the list goes on.... I would not recommend this neighborhood to any of my friends and I plan on going else where in the near future. It's just not SAFE. I hope with the new president on board, something will change for the good. Before moving into a neighborhood I would recommend pulling up a Police Crime Report- I know I will. Its free!
