Provided by YP.comThey bake their bread on site. Definitely a favorite! They have excellent food choices. Reasonable prices. We like to order for parties, family get together, meetings and oh those "I don't want to cook days/nights". Eggrolls and Pancit are superb! The bread selection especially the warm rolls and the sweet ensaimada are the best.....and cheap too. The meat filled bread--Pepperoni, Meat lover's and Siopao are always a hit too. I can't keep them in the house.
The cakes are wonderful. We order them all the time. The icing is the best part, of course. The mocha cakes are the family's most wanted but I prefer the lemon cake.
Customer service is great. They are the most gracious people. They are welcoming, fun, nice and helpful.
This is a bakery that has been around for a long time and they are known for their warm rolls, variety of asian bread and authentic filipino dishes.

Provided by YP.comBUYER BEWARE. I had the most horrible experience with Laguna Bakery. I ordered a mocha cake with light pink frosting with just a simple white border around the edges; instead I got a cake with hot pink frosting and tacky, plastic decorations. I specifically said I did not want those tacky decorations and showed them the light pink color I wanted. My husband picked up the cake so I did not see it until he got home. I was not happy with the frosting color but we did not have the time to return to the bakery because guests were already arriving. I overlooked the frosting color and amateurish writings hoping to have a delicious cake underneath; instead, in addition to the hideous hot pink frosting was a brown, dry and hard cake. My guests took one bite of the cake and soon enough the “mocha” cake ended up in the trash can. My guests even commented that it tasted like ginger and told me to get a refund. I took the cake back to Laguna Bakery the next day. The owner would not refund my cake because she said it was already half eaten and that I should have returned the cake that same day. The half eaten cake is in the trash can and I emphasized to her that I could not leave my guests during the party to return the “mocha” cake. I was not expecting a refund; a pleasant, decent apology would have been acceptable. Instead, I encountered a very defensive, angry woman who insisted that the cake was good. She even told me that the dreadful hot pink frosting was their “light pink” and that I should have shown them the color that I wanted. I DID and I reiterated to her that I showed the store clerk the color that I wanted based on the books and samples on hand at her bakery. To add insult to injury, she even told me that I should have baked my own cake. Coming from a once loyal customer, I will never go back to Laguna Bakery; not only because of the disgusting so called “mocha” cake but also because of the horrendous customer service delivered by the owner herself.
