Provided by YP.comThis place is horrible. It looks great at first, but it is truly an awful place to live. STaff is rude and inconsiderate. The place is a corporate hell hole ran by Aimco. You will be expected to replace everything when you leave this place. They really take advantage of the military here. Stay away!!!!

Provided by YP.comCompletely horrible! Every resident I've met who lives here or whos lived here recently is completely unhappy living here. Maintenence doesn't fix issues properly the first time and then its a fight to get them to come back to correct. Managment is completely unsympathetic and rude. Trying to get a hold of uppermanagment is a joke- you get nothing but the run around. Nobody calls you back to follow up on ANYTHING even when they say they'll call you back first thing in the morning. They really had me fooled because they were attentive to my every need and acted super nice during the whole application process UNTIL I signed the lease, then the same people became rude and it became pretty clear that they couldn't care less about any problems with my property. Oh, and don't plan on throwing away any trash from Friday through Tuesday because the whole complex shares one trash compactor that is ALWAYS full on the weekend. The "gym" that is listed as an amenity is actually not free because you have to pay 50.00 for a gym/pool key card (25.00 is supposedly refundable at move out providing you don't loose the key) which of course I was not told about until after sigining the lease not to mention that the "gym" consists of one recumbant bike, one stationary bike, two treadmills, one elliptical and some various weights and so far I've found 2 pieces of equiptment to have broken heart rate monitors and/or displays since I moved in that still havent been fixed. Overall for the price this place is not even close to worth it.
