I use this company for cleaning carpet in my house. They did awesome job. I will use them again and recommend this company to everyone.

Do not use this company! They use bait and switch tactics. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Advertised $45 duct cleaning. When i called to book I asked if the coupon covered ducts in house. The person said yes. Tech got to house tried to tell me $200. I was upset and explained that I knew he was tech but that he should pass along to boss that was bad business practice. Tech was rude, told me he hears it all the time from customers [so clearly the owner uses this tactic frequently ] I was going to still do 45 cleaning but after rude tech I told him to leave.

This guys are awesome. 3 rooms for 50$.

Master Cleaning is a very good company. They just cleaned my air ducts and tile. Job was done right. Prices are really cheap. Sanitizer was not cheap. My house smells so goooood.

Hi, My name is Alex. Usually i dont write a reviews, but today i had my carpet cleaned by Master cleaning of virginia beach. They did such a wonderfull job. It was two guys: Mike and Andrew. They finished 7 rooms within one hour. i am really really impressed. They got 100% of stains out!!!!!! I will keep their number.

False Advertising! Beware! I wish I would've read these reviews before having these con-artists come to my house. I also had the val-pak coupon for air-duct cleanings and the technician came into my house and said that the coupon was for studio apartments only and for houses where there wasn't any dirt in the air vents. I really needed my air ducts cleaned and they ended up going from a $65 coupon to $205. They charged me for a return that they never cleaned as well. The technician was incredibly unprofessional and creepy and was asking me invasive questions like if I live alone. He was touching my belongings and appeared to be scoping out my house. My boyfriend had to call and fight with them to get my money back for the return that they never cleaned because I felt too uncomfortable to have them come back into my house. This company is run by con-artists - buyer beware.

False advertising, rip off and total sham. Don't waste your time with the valpack coupon...you will get convinced that you will get an honest assessment..it won't be...you will have wasted your time waiting within the "window" they give you. They just want a trick to get you in person so they can upsell you on everything (and assume by that time you will have given up and in).

The coupon said $64.99 and I was told it would only be $30 more for the compartment in which the filter is located (the name escapes me-- I have pregnancy brain) and everything else is included in the price plus we were supposed to be eligible for a military discount on top of this. So in other words, it shouldn't have exceeded $100.They came and provided an estimate for $300 and this wasn't including the use of cameras in the vents which would have cost an ADDITIONAL $200!!! My husband explained I had already spoken with someone but they refused to honor the price and he also said the technician was EXTREMELY difficult to understand.

The only reason I am not giving this TOTAL rip off 0 stars is that they called when they were on their way and came within their time estimate.

I wish I had read these reviews before hiring this company. The tenants had pets that have stained and stunk the place up and these professionals didn't get rid of much. The stains are still there and the smell is horrible The carpet is being cleaned properly by amateurs, who are doing a great job. It's taking them days, because the carpet is so messed up. I would never hire Master Cleaners again and would advise anyone else to not waste their money on them. I would give no star rating, if I could.

Terrible, devious cleaners! My stairs have these blue stains on them, and I wanted to get rid of them. When they came, they said that they could clean them, but after 40 min. the stains were as clear as ever! Also, there were marks on the carpet after he cleaned it, and the carpet was damp for 12 hr!(he said it would be dry in 1hr) And, there is hidden fees as well, he tried to charge us more than $40 extra! I strongly recommend that you DO NOT let them invade you house, they are liars!(they aren't as good as they say on the ads!)

We hired Master Cleaning to clean our air ducts today after seeing their ad in Reach Magazine. Our appointment was from 10-12 and no one showed up. We called back and they said they couldn't find the house (numbers are on mail box and house). Within 45 minutes we received a call from Bobby saying he couldn't find our house. After he got here, he walked thru with my husband and said it would be $190 for the cleaning since the we agreed because the coupon said returns extra. He went into the rooms and used an air compressor and a chuck to blow out the vents. He used a brush on the main return to get all the nasty fuzz stuff that collects in between. In 15 minutes he came and said he was done. NEVER CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. He left dust and mold all over the house. Tracked foot prints all over and left!!! We called back and tried to file a complaint and got even worse service from the GM. He claims he doesn't know who his boss is and the technian called me back and screamed at me that all payments were non refundable and hung up on me. To contact the VB location and spoke to Alex, he is calling the Richmond location to find out what happened. HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT HIRE ANYONE FROM HERE AND DO NOT PAY THEM!!!!!!!

Worst retail experience of my life. I contacted this company as I found an advertisement that GUARANTEED PET STAIN REMOVALS. Bill the tech promised me that these spots are nothing and that he could get them out. Great as my house is on the market. I noticed that the pressure hose was marking my laminate wood floor and asked Bill if it was harming my floor, he said no that its just condensation. It is a brand new floor so I put a towel underneath it as I did not feel comfortable and thought it would leave a mark. The pressure hose went through my kitchen floor to get to the carpet area. As I was stepping around the hose my & my foot accidently touched the pressure hose and it burnt my foot. I asked bill how hot is this hose and he replied about 200 degrees F. I then asked him at that tempter if my kitchen floors which is linoleum would be ok and he said yes it was just condensation. Three hours later when finished, needless to say my Kitchen floor is ruined. It has left the hose mark across my floor. I called to speak to the owner, he said he would come out but did not how so my husband called him the next day to explain what has happened and he replied just polish the stone. As my husband was saying it is not stone he hung up on my husband. The pet stains did not come out and my kitchen floor was now permanently scarred. I contacted the BBB and sent them everything. This man refused to respond to the BBB and changed his company name from Master Cleaner LLC to just Master Cleaning. Hopefully they are reading this because our next step is to contact all available local and state legal authorities. The man is a CROOK and you should stay away. $209.00 later I have pet stains that came back and a permanently damaged kitchen floor. A professional floor company came out and identified the damages and said that it is from 200 degree F on the floor for 3 hours.

Very bad experience. Employed Audrey to clean dryer vent in Oct, 2012. He finished quickly but I noticed dryer was taking longer to finish job. Dryer steadily got worse until appliance repairman came. He said the vent is completely clogged and could not tell if it had been cleaned. I contacted Master Cleaning to have them finish the job properly. The company said that since it was past six months, I will have to pay full amount and that the dryer vent should be emptied every six months. When I tried explaining that the vent had not been cleaned properly initially, I was hung up on.

After reading these reviews, I was a bit nervous about my appointment. I do agree, whoever answers the phone, is somewhat hard to understand, and there are hidden fees ($5 fee per stair/stain removal is extra) but I must say I was impressed by their work! Matt and Drew cleaned my carpets, they were nice and efficient! The carpets looked great afterwards and they even gave me a military discount on some of the fees since my total was more than I expected! I would use them again if needed!

Use with caution! Technicians do not speak good English and hidden charges for treatment and spot removal without your knowledge. I had a coupon for 2 rooms to be steam cleaned including deordorizer for 39.99. End up paying 79.99 without the deordorizer and couldn't understand what the people were saying. First and last time user for this company.

free deoderizere was a small bottle with some liquid that looked like water to me .

carpet the next day looks the same n missed alot of spots. i just let it go because i have bad temper n i wouldve snapped

Improfessional and service suck

This place is rude! I received a coupon in the mail and called to schedule an appointment. The guy who answered the phone seemed uninterested but I proceeded to tell him that I had a coupon for 5 rooms for 74.99. He told me the price would be 54.99 plus 2.00 per stair which would have been more than the coupon. When I asked him another question he replied, "I already told you, 2.00 per step, that coupoun doesn't included stairs". Although I was taken back, I said okay, scheduled my appointment without any definite price. I felt uneasy and normally I use Peerless carpet cleaning, but sense I had a coupon I figured I would try someone else, but the feeling wouldn't go away. So I called Peerless and scheduled an appointment, it was more money, but I just couldn't believe the attitude on this guy. I then called Master Cleaning back to tell him I wanted to cancel my appointment, and he quickly said "ok" and then hung up the phone on me. I really couldn't believe this. He didn't ask me for any information or anything. So I called back to make sure he got my information. He then said "I got it, you don't want us to come, ok bye". So before he hung up on me again, I let him know I was cancelling because he was extremely rude and I am glad that I found this out before they serviced my home. Honestly have never experienced this type of "customer service" before. Oh well, I should have stuck with Peerless from the beginning! So I don't know how Master Cleaning's physical service is, but as for their customer service, I have a bad taste in my mouth about this company, so much so, I created an account on this site just to right a review of this company.

I am very pleased with the results. The carpet was in pretty bad shape. I had several failed attempts with do-it-yourself cleaning. In some cases the areas were worse than when I started. He did a great job with the carpet as well as my sofa, love seat and rocker. People who saw my carpet before and have seen it since are truly surprised at the results.
