Provided by YP.comThey called us to schedule an appoint to come out to the house to do routine maintenance on the CPAP machine. They could tell us the date, but they could not give an idea of the time. They could not even give us an idea if it was going to be morning or afternoon. They never showed up.
We called twice and we were assured the guy was going to be there. Find out today that we were not on the list. Now, remember THEY called us to schedule the appointment. you would think that when we called at 11:30am - they could have told us that we were not on the list. And when we called back at 4pm.. But they never really checked. Wasted an entire day of our time.
So if you get your equipment from these folks and need to make an appointment - know that nobody follows up, so you need to stay on top of it. Call back and confirm the day before. And make them really check.

Provided by SuperpagesToday I called from out of state to inquire about a wheelchair rental for a friend ( which I was trying to provide for a friend ). I was calling to see how much it would cost per month and if the company delivered. An amazing woman, Maureen answered and when I explained what I was trying to do to help a friend out she went over and above with such a generous offer that enabled me to provide my friend with a wheelchair rental for a couple of months if needed. I couldn't thank her enough for her help and she stated that she likes to help those in the community. From the bottom of my heart-thank you again Maureen you are an angel here on earth. After completing a sleep study I was prescribed a CPAP machine and thus began making the necessary payments in addition to the payments received from my insurance provider. After thinking I had paid for machine in full, I received a bill in the late Spring of 2009m stating that I owed a final amount which almost totalled $300.00. I thought this was an error and called and spoke directly with an rep. who confirmed that it was an error and I need not pay it. I continued to receive bills and made follow-up calls and was told that there was no need to worry that it was paid in full. I even have a message on my machine from the same rep. stating it is paid for. Now I am being sent to collections and told that their accounting department is to blame but I still must pay the almost $300.00. These people are crooks, dishonest and not to be trusted!
