They called us to schedule an appoint to come out to the house to do routine maintenance on the CPAP machine. They could tell us the date, but they could not give an idea of the time. They could not even give us an idea if it was going to be morning or afternoon. They never showed up.

We called twice and we were assured the guy was going to be there. Find out today that we were not on the list. Now, remember THEY called us to schedule the appointment. you would think that when we called at 11:30am - they could have told us that we were not on the list. And when we called back at 4pm.. But they never really checked. Wasted an entire day of our time.



So if you get your equipment from these folks and need to make an appointment - know that nobody follows up, so you need to stay on top of it. Call back and confirm the day before. And make them really check.
