Horrible at best. I came in to get my brakes checked as they were squealing a bit. I had already had two other shops look at them and they said I needed rear brake pads. No biggie. I let them pull the car in.....................two hours later I was told I need front pads and rotors that they were "worn out" and I needed rear pads and rotors. I asked how they were worn out and my question was just dismissed. then I was told I needed a brake flush, a coolant flush, air filters and a cabin filter? This is not just giving a friendly heads up about some possible issues I might have. This is literally trying to rape my pocket. The mechanic Justin that was looking at my car was a real creep, making inappropriate comments and sexual advances. It made me feel really uncomfortable. I went to bring it up to the so called manager Mr James and I was treated like another dollar bill and not a human. Not only did he have a crap attitude, but he didn't seem concerned about anything I had dealt with. When I started to get up set he started telling me to leave the property, that if I didn't he would remove me! I then watched him got into the little back office and put a pistol into his pocket, and he came back out to threaten me some more. im a small woman 5'1" 100 lbs Never again will I go to this midas or another. My husband and I run a large business, and we were looking for an honest down to earth shop to take care of our personal cars 30+ business vehicles. If this is how employees are allowed to act and a business to be run then I want nothing to do with it. None of my personal vehicles or company vehicles will be touched by them. My advice: if your looking for friendly quick honest service this is not the place. stay very far away!I know midas will try to contact me to "resolve" the issue... there is no resolve. They are lucky I am not pressing sexual harassment charges.

Outstanding Customer service. The manager Michael and Maintenance Technician Lance went out of their way to explain the problem with my brakes and gave me all the time in the world to research competitors prices to see how they compared. The rate given to me by Midas was cheaper than any place I called. Also, offered me a ride home (which I didn't need, but still nice to know they will do this for you). They replaced my calipers, brake hoses, pads, and flushed my system for 600 dollars. They put my mind at ease and told me if anything goes wrong with the brakes to bring it back in and they would fix it for no charge. Also, the calipers and pads carry a lifetime warranty anywhere a Midas is located. They had no problem showing me everything that they found wrong with it before repairing it. I have some knowledge on the brake system and I concurred with their findings. Jury is still out on the effectiveness of repair since it has only been 1 hour, more to follow after 2 days...

They had no problem showing me the brakes, hoses and fluid after they inspected the car for discrepancies and explained everything they talked about.
