the only good thing about this company is the secretary. she quick to make appointment and call the contractor if you need to speak to them or have any questions. other than that the guy forgot about our estimate app. then showed up an hour late. then after getting him the benefit of the doubt i called to schedule the repair for my roof. the appointment was today a 8 am...its 10(did i mention i an a single mother with my second child one week away from its due date?) and he's nowhere to be seen. not even the good secretary can get ahold of him! i do not reccoment using this company not matter how desperate the sistuation is.
