If I could give them a zero, I would. The staff is very nice, but my problem has nothing to do with customer service. I purchased two puppies, a bullmastif and a "golden retriever", two years ago from this place and the "golden retriever" is not pure bred and when I questioned it a few weeks after purchasing her they tried to tell me that the hair changes 5-6 times before she will be full grown and that they stood by the paperwork that claimed she was a golden. Needless to say, she is not. For the price of $1500.00 you would think that when we got in toulch with the ownership they would at least return a phone call, nope! Now the bullmastif is sick. We believe he has hip dysplasia. He was a $2600.00 dog. These people have really screwed us over, and of course we love them both and are going to do what is best for them. But I think that it is absolutely irresponsible that the ownership is not even willing to take any responsibility for this. They should be shut down. Next step BBB, and then channel ten. Shame on them!!

This is the best Pet Store ever!!. In all the years that I have moved being military and being a military child visiting other pet store worldwide, none other compares! They are well taken care of, healthy and happy puppies! The staff is educated and helpful! It's clan and smells good! A++++

I bought my puppy from this store yesterday and spent 5 hours in the store looking, asking questions, expressing my concerns and so forth. The staff was patient, very knowledgable, and caring. Yes the puppy was quite expensive, but in the end that didn't matter because we have a wonderful new addition to the family.

I love this store because it is a very clean and enjoyable environment. The people who work there are very happy to help you if you are interested or concerned about anything. The dogs look happy, healthy, and friendly. If you are looking for a great pet shop, look no further!
