I went to Prenatal Miracles with my first child in 2011. They were wonderful and I just knew I would go back. I even recommended them to others. Well, I went to their office on Thursday at around 2 in order to get a gift certificate for a friend. They were closed although their website said open from 1pm to 9pm and when I called I got a message saying something about the Ntelos number not being available. It then read off a number completely different from what I had dialed. Seemed unprofessional. I'm not sure what happened in the last few years, but I am definitely disappointed now.

I am already 100% satisfied with the customer service I received over the phone. I am so excited to see my twins tomorrow :)

I was beyond happy both times I left there. My first appointment my daughter would not show us her face at all. So Sheena allowed us to come back a week later. BOTH time we ran past our given time. Everyone here was beyond amazing. At my second appointment my daughter was some what willing to show us her face. Tabitha was so patient and over all wonderful. I kept laughing and she never got mad at all. This place deserves more credit than others give. This is my first child and if I have anymore I will be coming back to Prenatal Miracles. They are amazing and wonderful!!!! I am one extremely happy customer!

I had an appointment with prenatal miracles & my husband & I showed up for them to tell us they did not have us on the books. They wasted my families time & we left disappointed. They even called to confirm our appointment. I would not waste your time or money.

My experience was great! As a doctor, I had tons of questions and the techs were super knowledgeable. They made each session personalized and special. I will definitely be coming back.
